Who We Are | Our Mission
The purpose of the Social Security Disability Law Section shall be to enhance the skills of Minnesota lawyers practicing in the area, and to serve as a liaison with other parts of the MSBA and the public on social security disability law related issues and activities.
What We Do | Section Benefits and Activities
- Earn free Continued Legal Education (CLE) credits for the state of MN each bar term;
- Opportunities to meet and network with other social security disability practitioners across the state;
- Participate in informal roundtable / brown bag lunch sessions to discuss various practice-related topics and get chances to ask questions of other practitioners;
- Discussions and updates via the Section Community forum on my.mnbar.org.
Section-Only Membership CategoryYou don’t have to be an attorney to join this section! A member of the public who is not eligible for MSBA membership and who works in the area of social security and disability is welcome to join the section as a section-only member.
