its annual meeting and elections on May 14, 2024 at 11:30 am at the Minnesota
State Bar Association Offices and via Zoom. All section members are

Could Possibly Go Wrong?
The panel will review the last
year’s worth of cases, showing how some companies continue to make old mistakes
and some new creative mistakes. And a few companies get it right. These cases
show why counsel should review clients’ websites for errors in contract
formation, to prevent formatting and wording errors from invalidating the terms
of service.
