Resolution Section. The ADR Section holds a business
meeting at 12 Noon - prior to the CLE program that begins by 12:15
pm.
This session will be REMOTE-ONLY participation. Attendees will
have the option to view online and/or dial-in via Zoom.
Live Presentation:
In this CLE, you will learn how to distinguish differing types
of IPV, how to safety plan for yourself and clients, gain a greater
understanding of how the brain is affected by trauma, get tips on how to mediate
these cases safely and effectively, as well as tips on how to support a client
that has experienced abuse to go through the mediation process. There will also
be criteria to use to evaluate if a mediator is the right fit for trauma cases.
