Remote work is now the norm for many jobs.
What special considerations apply to immigrant employees who are working
remotely? Can you hire someone who needs sponsorship to work remotely or on a
hybrid schedule? Can F-1 visa holders with OPT authorization work remotely? How
do you prepare an H-1B or PERM for a remote worker? What if they want to move or
work temporarily from another remote location? What happened to itineraries and
proving that remote workers are being supervised? This CLE will discuss these
topics and more.
