There are a lot of
questions about federal funding coming to Minnesota for broadband related
purposes. The Communications Law Annual Forum will dive into these questions
with a conversation about the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program,
an overview of new federal broadband programs, and finally a discussion on
the distribution of ARPA State and Local Recovery
funds.
