Conflict and Non-Verbal Communication

Event Description

Remote-Only Event

“Every phrase of movement, every small transference of weight, every single gesture of any part of the body reveals some feature of inner life.” - Rudolf Laban.

This session will introduce participants to Laban Movement Analysis (LMA) as a way to analyze body language in conscious and intentional ways to enhance our nonverbal communication skills. LMA can deepen our awareness and develop habits that foster a “way of being” that allows for mediators/negotiators to be able to observe what is emerging organically.
