Employment Law Update 2023

Event Description

Hybrid Event

The 2023 Minnesota Legislative Session proved to be the most consequential one in a generation for the state’s employment and labor laws. Legislators reformed or created statutes on a wide range of topics including family and medical leave, non-compete agreements, drug testing, pregnancy accommodations, and construction wages. Many of these new laws are already in effect and impacting workplaces and workers around the state. Others become effective in the coming months and years. This CLE will provide a broad overview of all the changes made to employment law by the legislature and what they mean for employment law practitioners.
