This CLE course will contain conversation related to the
current rules for tenant screening at the local, state and federal level. It
will explore the use of AI in tenant screening, and potential changes to
policies and procedures to comply with rules and laws as it relates to properly
identifying the background of applicants and making screening determinations
based on correct information. We will also attempt to identify what rules the

potential new laws that will have an impact on its use.
