This program will discuss what paper
and property a client is entitled to receive when they request a copy of their
file from their lawyer. Attention will be given to Minn. R. Prof. Conduct
1.16(e). The program will then provide general guidance about what lawyers
should do when presented with a subpoena from a third-party seeking the
production of a client file.
