The Office of the Ramsey County
Attorney has been on a journey
to re-imagine justice for youth. To that end the Office has worked in
partnership with the community and system stake holders to work towards addressing
the disparities in that exist in the Juvenile Justice System. This will be
an overview of the process we have undertaken to explore the current practices
and develop a restorative approach for working with youth that are referred to our office
from law
enforcement.
