is taking place this month and will begin at 12 noon, followed immediately by
the roundtable discussion. Currently, all bar association programming is
REMOTE-ONLY participation. Thank

Live Round-table
Description:
The Social Security Disability Law Section
invites you to join our monthly virtual gathering to learn about video hearings,
SSA reopening, the 2022 budget and staffing, the recent decline in Applications
(esp SSI) and the anticipated increase, and other updates to Social Security
practice. We will engage in discussion about Social Security hearings,
applications, payments, and other related issues.
Please come prepared to share your
questions, experiences, strategies, and tips for managing during the COVID-19
pandemic. These roundtable brown bag discussions are an informal forum for you
to discuss and ask questions of other practitioners.
We will also
hold our annual meeting and elections at the beginning. If you are interested in
serving as a member of the Social Security Section Council, nominations are
still being accepted.
