Event Description
Covid-19 restrictions and safety precautions have changed the way we approach focus
group research and mock trials. Even though in-person research may
not be tenable, you can still obtain reliable and useful jury
research remotely. The panel will discuss using video and screen-sharing platforms
to test arguments, evidence, and witnesses on mock juries
during the pandemic and how these tools can be employed in non-pandemic times
to gather information when budget or logistics limit in-person
consulting options.
