Contractors, subcontractors, owners,
design professionals and material suppliers may face issues related to
intellectual property during a construction project, including copyrights,
trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. These issues may not be top of
mind, but should be. This presentation will survey some of these issues
and provide general guidance on how to recognize and manage these
issues.
