Scott Ikeda, Assistant Attorney
General and Manager of the Human Services Division, and Kathryn Iverson Landrum,
Assistant Attorney General, and Manager of the Employment Tort and PUC Division,
will cover Governmental Immunities, including Sovereign Immunity, Official
Immunity, Qualified Immunity and Statutory Discretionary Immunity. The
presentations will provide the basic law on these Immunities and discuss recent
court trends.
