This CLE will feature Minnesota Attorney General Keith
Ellison speaking on antitrust issues in agricultural law. It will address some
of the recent merger and acquisition activity in the agricultural industry, as
well as other antitrust issues in this area. Attorney General Ellison will then
discuss the impact that some of these developments have had on family farms and
Americans living in rural communities around the country. Attorney General
Ellison will also lay out some of his antitrust enforcement activities and
priorities in the agricultural field.
Lunch and registration at 11:45 a.m. Program will begin at noon.
