Out - Meeting the Expectations of the Chapter 7 Trustee at the 341 Meeting of
Creditors
This session will provide information for the consumer
debtor’s attorney for drafting Schedule A/B, to achieve the dual goals of (1)
providing full, accurate, complete and concise disclosure in Schedule A/B , and (2) maintain the
drafting efficiency required for flat fee Asset or No Asset
bankruptcy filings. In addition, the session will include preparing the debtor for the
341 meeting, including an update on the new procedures for the
Zoom 341 meetings being implemented in Region 12.
