CLE Webinar Description:

Recent updates to state and federal law present new approaches to regulating cannabis and other THC-containing products.  This CLE will cover updates to state and federal laws and regulations, including the impact of previous federal Farm Bills on the FDA and recent actions to reschedule cannabis at the federal level, Minnesota’s legalization of hemp-derived THC containing products, the legalization of cannabis in Minnesota in 2023, recent changes to Minnesota’s cannabis licensing structure, and the constitutional implications of “Grow at Home” provisions.
