Tony Oman, Olsen Thielen
Tony is a Director at Olsen Thielen leading Business
Valuation Services. He has 15 years of experience in various financial roles covering a broad range
of financial disciplines, including business valuation. Tony serves as Olsen Thielen’s business
valuation technical leader, consulting with clients on mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, and
business value. Tony’s background ranges from corporate finance including FP&A and enterprise pricing, to
business valuation services that span a variety of needs and clients. Tony has performed and reviewed hundreds of valuation of business enterprises, equity interests, debt instruments,
and various assets and liabilities for mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning,
tax planning and reporting, financial reporting, and litigation purposes. Tony
has also testified as an expert witness on valuation matters in Minnesota
state court. Tony’s clients include companies in the telecommunications, technology, engineering and
construction, diversified industrial products, manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare industries.
