We are excited to announce that the Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association offices are moving from the 3rd floor of City Center to the 45th floor of the City Center tower on July 15, 2024.
Like many firms in downtown Minneapolis, we are taking advantage of the current commercial real estate market and finding new office space with a smaller footprint at a reduced rental rate. The new MSBA and HCBA offices provide views of the Mississippi River with space for committee meetings and CLE seminars, and enhanced technology for remote-participation. A large conference space for CLE and other programming is also available for us to utilize on the 1st floor of City Center. We are looking forward to introducing you to the new office.
