members.
Are you interested in achieving the next level of leadership in
your legal career but feel like you could use additional training to get there?
There are certain things law school didn’t teach and how to lead attorneys is
one of them.
Join us for an introductory program for the HCBA’s
Institute for Leadership in the Legal Profession, a bi-annual leadership series
that will host its fifth cohort in February 2023. This introductory session will
provide an overview of topics covered in the Institute that are necessary for
building good leadership skills, including self-leadership and emotional
intelligence, leading others, and leading within an organization. Built
specifically for lawyers by lawyers, ILLP prepares participants from all levels
of their organizations to lead during a times of great change within the legal
profession. Attendees interested in making an investment in their future can
register for the 5 session hybrid series. Potential topics to be covered (high
level):
Leadership: the good, the bad, and the ugly
