This webinar will explore a
variety of relevant legal topics in American Indian law and policy in the spirit
of bringing people together to celebrate Native American Heritage month.
Speakers will discuss voting rights, healthcare, mineral rights, energy
extraction, and tribal lending and financial cases. Particular focus will be on
the challenges that tribes face in today’s legal landscape and how attorneys can
better advocate for clients.
