Remote Only Event.
Courtney Sebo Savica will present on
how best to advise and represent estate-planning clients who are members of a
blended family, including the statutes to know, the tools to use, and the
questions to ask. An estate plan for a blended family should not always
look like one for a nuclear family, and Courtney will present on how to know
when a tailored plan is required and what that plan should be. This
presentation will focus on how to decrease the risk of litigation after a
client’s
death.
