This series of lunch-hour CLEs
features speakers on a variety of topics in appellate child protection matters.
Whether you’re taking your first appeal from a child protection matter or your
fiftieth, we hope you’ll find some useful tips, information, and best practices
from these presentations. Each CLE presentation will occur virtually via Zoom
from noon to 1 p.m.
This session features Anne
Carlson of Anne M. Carlson Law Office
PLLC who will present on best practices for preserving the CHIPS trial court
record for appeal. Ms. Carlson has extensive appellate experience, including a
reversal of a termination of parental rights in an appeal, and currently
provides contract appellate representation through the Adult Representation
Services of Hennepin
County.
