Overlooking certain tax issues could create a monster in the closet! Scott
Ruhsam will help you understand the tax issues that come into play when you are
drafting a client’s estate plan which thereafter flows and interplays with the
administration of a trust or estate. In addition, Scott will outline the
importance of the tax perspective during settlement options in estate and trust
litigation…because no one wants the tax issue to come back and haunt them!
