This program features federal magistrate judges
sharing insights on the process of becoming a judge. The judges discuss the
qualifications and experiences that are essential for the role, offering
guidance on what aspiring judges should focus on. Through personal stories and
practical advice, the program provides a behind-the-scenes look at the
application and selection process, demystifying what it takes to join the
federal judiciary.
