Trust Section Litigation and Dispute Resolution Committee on Wednesday March 9,
2022 from 12-1pm, for a dialogue with Judge Fallon, Judge Grewing, and Referee
Mercurio. This is an opportunity to hear from the members of the bench about
their insights, experiences, and
observations regarding trust and
estates matters. Topics to be addressed include best practices, common mistakes, differences
in procedures, and more!
