4. Strategies for dealing with
pro se parties;
5. Dealing with pro se parties in mediations and other ADR
settings; and
6. Tales from the trenches: real-life stories from
attorneys and mediators (without violating ethical rules or confidentiality)
about dealing with pro se
parties.
