This
year's annual Construction Law Mini-Symposium will focus on identifying and
understanding cyber threats to the construction industry as well as responses to
those threats. We will discuss what to tell your clients if they believe they
have been victim to a cyber security threat or data breach. The panelists
will also discuss insurance, contracts, website security, and what to do
before a breach. We hope you leave with a better understanding of
cyber threats to the construction industry and what you should be doing
to stay on top of
it.
The beginning of the program the
Construction Law Section will award and recognize the law student winners of our
