The MSBA's New Lawyers Section Presents

"The Practical Realities of Practicing Closely Held Business Law: What You Didn't Learn in Law School"

This free CLE will provide an introduction to the practical issues that arise with small business clients. You will learn the most common legal issues and questions raised by business owners and how to address them. This CLE will also teach you how to avoid common mistakes made by new business attorneys and provide best practices for ethical client representation. The speakers have nearly 40 years of combined experience representing small businesses in Minnesota.
