Annual Meeting and Election Results
The Section’s annual meeting and elections were held on May 9 at the 2012 Business Law Institute.
The following individuals were elected to serve as officers of the Section in 2012 – 2013:

Other Section Accomplishments
In addition to CLE programs, the Section participated in law student outreach at William Mitchell and the University of Minnesota Law School.
Also, the Section made a $10,000 contribution to LegalCORPS to help support the organization’s business pro bono programs.
