Ethical Pitfalls Every New Lawyer Should Know

Mr. Lundberg will present a multi–media program focusing on ethics and malpractice problems faced by attorneys. Audience participation will be encouraged as several real–life hypotheticals that vividly illustrate potential ethical conflicts, malpractice traps, and other problem areas in the law of lawyering are discussed.
