On the heels of a lost lawsuit by the Minnesota Department
of Natural Resources, due to "minnows" being defined separately from fish, it is
becoming more widely known that Minnesota’s fish face insufficient legal
regulation. The presentation will include an update on the legal Petition filed
by the Izaak Walton League to protect Minnesota native "rough" fish.
