The panel of experts will discuss the latest developments
in the U.S. trade policy towards Russia in connection with its invasion of Ukraine. This will include
significant new restrictions on exports to Russia generally, and specifically
to certain sectors of the economy. In addition, the panel will discuss new
sanctions imposed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), including the latest
restriction on the provision of wealth-management services. Finally, experienced practitioners will share
