Purpose

To review and make recommendations to the Board of Governors concerning the governance of the MSBA, and to oversee the MSBA's financial affairs. The 21-member committee includes representatives from the Board of Governors and the district bar associations.

Goals

To review our three-year financial plan, which established strategic objectives for all MSBA programs and activities for the immediate future. The current budget will be prepared, investments reviewed, and suggested bylaw amendments reviewed.
