This month, our section welcomes Karl
Osterhout, who will offer advice and expert guidance on preparing a disability
case specifically with past relevant work in mind. Karl will provide tips and
tricks on how to work from the very beginning on ensuring the ALJ will not be
able to deny your client in what is frequently the easiest way possible: By
finding your client can return to a prior occupation at Step 4. There will be
time for Q&A so you can
ask Karl your questions or get feedback on real-life scenarios.
