This brief “primer” on the practice of
Juvenile Protection law in Minnesota will highlight key differences between
juvenile and family law rules and statutes. Participants will take away
critical statutory considerations, key federal and state precedent, as well as
insights to consider when taking on CHIPS as a new practice
area.
